Tk-ToolBar (0.09)

I beat this modules into a rewrite of VOCPhax and it works well.
If you're a newbe, use this to add a nice toolbar in just a
few minutes with next to no debugging! The only 'catch' is that
you'll be using WaitVariable() for any scroll-down lists so be
sure to save your window handles into a hash so you can easily
kill things when items is clicked or user aborts. I'd use it again.
