SWF-Builder (0.04)

I just had to rate this. It's nothing fantastic in terms of interface, perlishness, or anything like that. But it gets a 5 for sheer completeness. He even implemented an ActionScript compiler. I mean, come on! That's awesome. Anything you can do in Flash MX you can do in this module. Great stuff.
