This is an excellent module which I use quite a bit. My only tiny quibble is that it has a default encoding of us-ascii, when it might as well be utf-8.

Great tool, and of an incredible ease of use! I'm waiting impatiently until the Windows port becomes available, since we's like to use it on those servers too.

Version 0.45 worked well under Red Hat Linux 7.2 and interoperated well with version 0.53 under Red Hat Linux 9 (RH 7.2 was albeit in a VMware virtual machine). It does take a bit of an investment in reading the docs carefully to get it right, but worked quite reliably thereafter.
