PApp (0.22)

Seemed like good framework to work with and to work on.
But despite project has (inactive) page at sourceforge
author forgotten to mention clearly that it has commercial
licence. Even free use for non-commercial apps requires
registration with (as suggested) your IP address.
PApp is free only for zero income uses.
See licence before you give it a try and decide.
