Math-LP-Solve (3.03)

Hi all,

The URL for downloading the lp_solve_3.2.tar.gz is invalid,
you can use instead :

ftp://ftp.ics.ele.tue.nl/pub/lp_solve/old_versions_which_you_probably_dont_want/lp_solve_3.2.tar.gz

The perl module doesn't compile on Fedora 4,
I was forced to modify the file Solve.c and put comments
before the lines SWIGEXPORT(void) boot_Math__LP__Solve around the line number 431. Then it was ok to compile and it works again.
