Changes for version v2.1.2 - 2018-06-29

Use PERL5LIB instead of PERLLIB, which will be overriden.
Fix some rare installation failures when a source archive ends with .tgz, and when multiple modules provides the same packages.

The package manager for RSLinux and the first reference counting CPAN client

in rs.pm

To install App::rs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::rs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::rs
