This works well in XEmacs. I'm quite happy to have something like this for editing POD.

pod-mode (0.4)

I just wanted to rate my own package to get rid of those horrible question marks (now empty stars). And I use pod-mode everyday and it's really useful; pod-mode makes writing POD fun. Use it!
