Test-Strict (0.01)

Bravo. Simple. Obvious. Needed by many. This will keep me from forgetting use strict anywhere which also keeps CPANTS happy.
I'll be slapping this into my modules this evening.

Is there such a thing for use warnings?

This is a great idea! I especially like the code coverage testing option (although it will slow the tests down a lot). I look forward to testing this module out soon.
