- refer to the app as "app", not instance.
get rid of the autorunmode_hack, it isn't needed (my misunderstanding).

Test::WWW::Mechanize for CGI::Application

To install Test::WWW::Mechanize::CGIApp, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::WWW::Mechanize::CGIApp

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::WWW::Mechanize::CGIApp
