XML-SemanticDiff (1.0000)

This module suits my needs perfectly. I use it on simple XML files to isolate my actual content changes from all the unnecessary attribute re-ordering imposed by an XML writer tool I am forced to use. The distribution includes a simple script which works right out of the box.

Furthermore, the current maintainer, Shlomi Fish, fixed a minor POD error within hours of my request!
