Validator-Custom (0.0704)

This is yet another homemade module.
I wonder if anyone else besides the author could use the module. I doubt that it is worth the author's while writing the module against honourable other modules, say, Data::FormValidator, etc. Nothing short of reinventing the wheel.
In effect, the module has no outstanding features, much less originality.
I know better than to use such a module.

P.S.
Since when has the CPAN been reduced to a practice room for immature authors?
