This module is a transplantation of GNU diff3.c, as the author says.
It's worth noting that the module implements the so-called P. Heckel's algorithm, and that the author's intention is accurate.
Moreover, it's rare that its documentation bears reading compared with that which almost any of Japanese authors would write.
