The runtime docs are great. The advertized functionality is great.
I thought this would be much simpler to get working than JPL. No way--
just as bad.
It doesn't build for crap on a very vanilla system. The Makefile.PL
is very poorly documented, making it take a very long time to get it
to generate a good Makefile.
Then it builds correctly but the test fails with very frustrating
messages saying that it can't find a loadable object, but not what
object it can't find.
