HTTP-MobileAgent (0.30)

It strikes me as odd how this module has no rating yet.
To the best of my knowledge, in order to detect HTTP_USER_AGENT, especially in the case of Japanese mobile phones, the module is highly recommended.
The module was written by Miyagawa-san at the outset, and then taken over to Kurihara-san, I reckon.
Thus it comes as a surprise that Japanese users have yet to rate the module, I wouldn't put it past them to do such neglect though.
