This is an excellent lightweight date manipulation module.
I only had one small problem with it when I installed it locally on a linux server. I had to physically move Date/EzDate.pm from /lib/site_perl/5.8.6/ to /i686-linux/ so that Perl could find the module. None of the other modules that I've installed locally have needed this.
