Data-Domain (0.12)

There were not many choices when I began to look for data validating modules. Most focus on web forms. Data::Domain provide a good means for validating data. It's strengths for me where 1) Error reporting/Customisation 2) Combining Strings/Int/Date/Lists constructor for validating. The author, Laurent Dami, has also been available when I had a query regarding it's workings.
