Crypt-ECB (1.40)

Works as expected with Crypt::Blowfish (I only tested this cipher).

Has nice convenience functionality like PADDING_AUTO and encrypt_hex for those who are not into pack and unpack (like me).

I had to use Blowfish ECB on order to access a credit card API.
