Took my soem time to figure out how to initialize it correctly Make sure you follow this schema:
use Business::Hours;
my %hours = ( ... );
my $hours = Business::Hours->new();
$hours->business_hours(%hours);
$hours->for_timespan( Start => ... , End => ... );
