A better attempt to make the module get through the ActiveState build process (the box in questions seems rather locked down). No changes in the implementation itself, only t/01-basic.t
Added an eg/ directory and example script.

for carping in the Windows NT Event Log

To install Win32::EventLog::Carp, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Win32::EventLog::Carp

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Win32::EventLog::Carp
