Build.PL changes
- Opps... had all dependencies inside build_requires! Added requires.
- Added repo info before cpanservice got me!
- NB. STILL NO CHANGE TO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT... THIS MODULE DOESN'T WORK WITH NEW FRESHMEAT SERVICE... YET
