Text-CSV-Simple (1.00)

This module depends on Text::CSV_XS, and provides a way to specify options for the CSV parser. One such option would be "binary => 1", which is necessary if you want to parse UTF-8 data.

A *Simple* module should not require modules beyond simplicity:

Warning: prerequisite Class::Trigger 0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite File::Slurp 0 not found.

Classes only complicate things.
