Changes for version 0.02 - 2013-10-07

optionally allow freeze to continue even when some processes could not be stopped.
also install handlers for INT, and TERM in freezethaw.
add a testcase (but do not freeeze).

stop and start all user processes on a machine

To install Sys::FreezeThaw, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sys::FreezeThaw

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sys::FreezeThaw
